Terms & Conditions: Flora Concerns
Please read these terms before using our services, including ordering bouquets, gift boxes, and gajara mala. By placing an order, you agree to these conditions.
1. Ordering and Products
- Product Availability: All flowers and materials depend on seasonal and local availability. If an item is unavailable, we will substitute it with an item of equal or greater value while keeping the original design and color theme.
- Custom Orders: For items like Gajara/Maala and custom baskets, it is your responsibility to provide us with timely and accurate details.
- Pricing: All prices are final at the time of order and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.
2. Payment and Cancellation
- Payment: Full payment is required when you place your order using our secure payment methods.
- Cancellation Policy: You must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time to receive a refund. Cancellations made after this period are not guaranteed a refund.
3. Delivery Responsibility
- Delivery Attempts: We strive for on-time delivery, but delays due to traffic or weather are outside our control.
- Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, you may be charged for re-delivery.
- Recipient Issues: If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the item with a neighbor or security guard. Re-delivery attempts may incur an extra charge.
4. Returns and Refunds
- Perishable Goods: Flowers and fresh goods (bouquets, gajara) are perishable. We guarantee freshness upon arrival.
- Damaged Goods: If your product arrives damaged, you must contact us with a photo within 1 hour of receipt for us to process a replacement or refund.
- No Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind after the order has been processed.
